Did you know products like Coppertone have 50 ingredients (you can't pronounce most of them) and their fragrance, alone, has 30 to 50 chemicals in it (btw - fragrance is a known endocrine disruptor and research shows the chemicals in commercial sunscreens could promote cancer).
Why put all that junk on your body when you can use a natural alternative with FIVE simple ingredients like locally sourced tallow, local beeswax, virgin coconut oil, jojoba or olive oil, and non-nano zinc oxide? That's it - 5 vs 50.
The only caveat - this isn't water or sweat resistant, so you'll need to reapply after swimming or working out. I use this on my grandkids, and it works well. Safe for children over 1 year old. And, like most tallow products, I find that you don't have to use much for good protection.
Side note: getting a responsible amount of sunshine on our skin is very healthy - don't fear the sun!!
